Dr Dre stands for Dreadful Sound
The Beats Solo look nice. They fold ever so sweetly. The control on the cable is a nice touch. The sound isolation is really good.

Great headphones, I use them every day and the sound is great. When I have them on I can barely hear anything else besides my music. The control tab connected to the wire is great when you cant take your ipod out of your pocket.
