The Bottom Line:
If you want wireless don't bother with diNovo---even logitech makes more reliable wireless. This keyboard is far to unreliable for even casual use.
Bought the diNovo, despite it's VERY pricey tag as the mouse/keyboard for our flagship office computer. Everyone thought it looked absolutely amazing.
Unfortunately, to a person, it demonized our entire staff. Flakey intermittent connection with the mouse, keyboard and number/media pad. NO keyboard at all while booting---i.e., no way to select alternative boots or safe mode or go into BIOS. Frequent LONG pauses even when it did work. Also the keys are quite small and it has the touch feel of a laptop keyboard.
My co-workers revolted and I became the proud owner of this keyboard--a gift from the boss. 2 weeks on my secondary home system and MANY internet investigations to verify lots of folks have similar issues---and this very expensive diNovo is heading for the trash. I wouldn't even feel right foisting it on someone through Ebay and I have no use for it.
The first and most important thing a keybaoard/mouse has to do is provide a reliable interface between user and the computer. DiNovo fails dismally on this most fundamental task.
Wireless keyboard/mice are not rocket science---not anymore. You don't need to put up with DiNovo's nonsesn. Even Logitech has many other models that work flawlessly. DiNovo is Logitech's Edsel and they need to discontinue it.
