Pros Size, ease of installation
Cons Doesn't connect at Draft N speed
Recommended it? No

This device simply did not work as adverstised.  I installed and tested it on three different machines, using XP and two flavors of Vista.  I never was able to consistently remain at Draft n link speeds.
