having problems
I bought this for my desktop and have a wireless router for my home network. My connection seems to drop in the middle of my internet sessions, even though i'm in the same room as my router. a fine product
installation was easy. tech support wasn't too helpful on a question i had regarding accessing wireless points. i think she just didn't know the answer and couldn't say "i don't know". having some errors on startup, but device works fine. i imagine i just need to reinstall the software. interface...
