I wish that I could say that this is a great product and that I'm very pleased, but unfortunately I'm not.
It's a shame to hear that these devices are prone to locking up, and unfortunately, I'm also victim of a bad unit.
I'm not pleased about that. This is the first LG product that I've ever bought too.
