Cons picture quality isn't the best, no view screen,
Recommended it? Yes

I like to call myself an amateur photographer. Since high school, I've been in love with anything camera related. It was in school, that I had my first experience with a digital camera. A few years after I graduated, my father purchased a digital camera. He's on his second (a Sony Mavica), and my... Read full review »

Pros Small, inexpensive, easy to use, OK features.
Cons Picture quality poor, video runs less than 25fps, no preview screen, only 4MB memory.
Recommended it? No

For a long time, I associated the name Eastman Kodak with quality in photography. I?ve always been satisfied with their cameras and film, so when I noticed that they had a webcam on the market, I naturally decided to give it a try. After trying the Kodak EZ200 webcam, it looks like I may have to... Read full review »

Introduction
I'm not qualified to rate photography products, really, other than being the proud new owner of a Kodak EZ200. I don't know much at all about digital imaging, other than how to make images web-ready and what seems pleasing to my epinionated eye.

Having already written a... Read full review »

Pros excellent value, does video clips, very easy to use, web cam capability
Cons no preview screen, no flash, only 640x480
Recommended it? Yes

I decided to update this review two years after I wrote it - see below

The main reason I bought this camera was because of the price. Most digital cameras are priced out of the range of normal cameras, but this was quite affordable. I paid #75 UKP for it.

The photo quality is... Read full review »

bymoregon Mar 1, 2002
9 Helpfuls 10 Helpfuls Was this review helpful?
Pros Low Cost, Easy To Use, USB Interface, Acceptable Picture Quality
Cons Limited Features
Recommended it? Yes

I remember years ago, when the normal camera was one with film in it, in the world of Kodak Instamatics, Polaroid Land Cameras and the old Kodak Box Cameras came along the 110. It promised a lower cost, smaller profile, and easier to use format. The problem was the picture quality was not as good,... Read full review »

Pros cheep
Cons Only in bright sun light. No display, no review. Crap software & BAD support.
Recommended it? No

This is a digital version of a pin hole camera.
It needs bright light to work. Has no flash. Has no way to work in low light. Has only one setting. Only works well out doors in the sun. Forget zoom or seeing what you shot.

Low res is real bad. High res is passable for smaller web... Read full review »

Kodak EZ200 a nice little camera

bypirateswench Nov 21, 2000
5 Helpfuls 6 Helpfuls Was this review helpful?
Pros size, ease of use, price
Cons short length of video clips
Recommended it? Yes

I bought this camera as a direct result of a review I saw on TV. I chose this camera because it can be used as digital camera to capture images or as a web cam to chat. You can also make short email videos. The price was also a major factor. I've had it about a month and so far have enjoyed it... Read full review »
