JBL On Stage II with Remote for iPod and MP3 Players, Black

i got this for a birthday present. in less than 3 weeks and barely used the speakers died. i had to send it in for repair. it took 2 weeks to get me the unit back, and to my disgust, it was a refurbished unit that had its surfaces scratched. i can't believe how bad the unit looked. the packaging was not even packaging. it was the plastic mold that it came in, with no box. while the audio is "feebly palatable", the only stunning thing is its "moderately appealing looks." by the way, the "connector" dock is not included. the video ipod will work but there's a big gap-space. for a unit that costs so much money i cant believe he dock connector is optional. tne unit could have been built better. i cant believe the quality control on these things are so poor. spend your hard earned money elsewhere on something that lasts. JBL is the gamble i dont recommend others take.
