Infinity Beta 40 Main / Stereo Speaker

I bought these speakers about 2 months ago. At first I thought they sounded great, but after a while they sounded more like cheap speakers. There was a bit ringing in the bass, and the speaker sounded distant, which might be caused by resonance inside the speaker. It was hard to understand, what people was saying, and the sound would easily sound like noise, if too many voices was intermingled. After putting some glass wool from Isover inside the speakers, they sounded a lot better. Glass wool often helps get speakers to perform better, and there was already some material like this inside the speakers when I got them. It was just not enough.
The electronic parts and speaker magnets is not so big as they were in the Kappa Series, but the wood construction is made properly of 2 cm thick MDF. I think that you cannot find cheaper speakers at this quality level.
