I researched PDA platforms and decided to go with Windows because that was what I was most familiar with and it would allow for software platform upgrades. Nice SECURE device
I've had "Palms" since the M100 series came out. This is my first Windows device and, I have to say, I'm pretty impressed.
I have read about soft resets, "reboots" and spontaneous bouts of turning itself on (thereby draining the battery), but I can honestly say that I have had no problems...

Still going strong after all these years
I bought mine in early 2005 and it is still going strong. The audio and video quality are still excellent. A good choice since it's the only choice
Dedicated PDAs are becoming obsolete these days but I had to buy one since it was a requirement for school. Not only was it shipped with a bad battery, the screen is harder on my eyes than the Palm TX. So I asked HP to return it.
