Probably the worst HP product I have owned
I have owned many HP printers through the years.
This is certainly the worst.
Vista could be the software culprit, but HP should have taken that into consideration.
Keeps asking me to align the cartridge.

Do NOT buy this product
Solftware install takes forever, and then doesn't work. I spent two days on the phone with HP Tech. Support (speaking to someone in India of course).
