Helio Ocean Cell Phone

I order two of these phones along with a All-in package from Helio, I was satisfied with the phones although I had problems with echo when using them with Jawbone Bluetooth headsets. Its was easy to sync my contacts over the net a big plus. I didn't like that there was no voice dial option but the all-in-service for $99 was appealing enough and I could check gmail from my phone all good. Even without 3G that's be worth it for me.

I'd keep the phones and service if it wasn't for the horrible Helio Customer service that comes with the phones/plans. After porting my numbers in, helio created two accounts and started double billing me. They kept shutting off my service without warning even though I was paying what I owed. Eventually I had to pay double what I owed to get my phones turned back on, eventually 8 weeks later I got a refund. Fixed, think again NOT, then I started getting a bill for canceled service from the duplicated account to the tune of $457. Still I'm paying my bill on time and calling Helio every week to try to get this straightened out still nothing. Truth be told this is the worst customer service experience I've ever had period!
