This is easily the best phone I've ever purchased. Well constructed, solid - mine has been dropped several times, with no damage whatsoever. Excellent signal - I can walk to the other end of my property, 100 feet away, and the audio quality is clear as a bell. Instructions were very easy to understand, but almost unnecessary as the setup of the phone is intuitive given the words on the supplied display. I went out and bought two more handsets, one for the basement and one for upstairs, and they are just as good as the one that came with the base unit.
