Pros Easy as pie to set up. Good support from Epson website.
Cons Slow speed, good but not great picture quality.
Recommended it? Yes

I "inherited" this scanner from my parents about six months ago. They didn't have any of the cables, installation disks, or instructions - just the scanner itself.

Setup

Pros cheap too buy if it lasts
Cons durability and support is questionable
Recommended it? No

Before it died it produced decent scans but nothing outstanding about this machine. It was reasonably cheap and it did an OK job for exactly 12 months than it DIED. Epson support charges $10 a call for phone support. E-mail support was painfully slow and in the end worthless.

Bottom line... Read full review »
