Great wireless printer, but subpar photos

photo quality (could be my bad setting), customer service
Recommended it?
Yes
The Bottom Line:
Great wireless printer for those who want freedom for a laptop. I have enjoyed it so far and am looking for years of good service.
I bought this first because my old HP 722 was not USB compatable. I bought a new laptop (Toshibe F25-AV205- read my review) and my printer would not work. I figured since I had a laptop and could work anywhere in the house, why tie myself to a printer by a stupid cord. I searched for a wireless printer and always liked HP printers. The only choise was the HP 6840, it is all that Circuit City had! The first one I bought was deffective. It would not power up. I called support, they asked if it was plugged in. DUH!!! So, I plugged it in.....just kidding. I returned it and got another from the store. The second worked upon hooking it up. The wireless was a bit of a pain, but only because my router is in my daughters room. After getting it set it, it is great. It is both quick (draft printing) and excellent (Best setting). I am not convince I have really maximized the correct photo print setting since the photos are worse than my 7 year old HP 722. I just go to CVS anyway since it is better and cheaper than printing my own.
