Nikon D2Hs Digital Camera

We've been shooting Nikon digitals since 1997. I find the D2hs a wonderful camera. I would not purchase the D2H, due to the new D200. The D2hs I would currently still recommend for those shooters who need high speed focusing and really high frame rates. Most of our shooting is models-for-the-web, or shooting models for private collectors, video, etc., etc.. The high frame rate of the D2hs is a definite plus. However, MOST people I feel would be better served getting the cheaper D200. Bottom line.. if you're shooting sports, for a newspaper, or models & you typically shoot while they're moving.. then go for the D2hs hands down! It is the best Nikon for the job. If you're NOT shooting high speed scenes.. then go for the D200 (hopefully it will live up to what it seems to be on paper). The D2X is a has-been. It is too expensive for what you get if the D200 winds up to be a decent camera. The difference between 10 and 12 mega pixels is virtually nill.
