This works very well for me. Super strong signal.
This adapter has one of the strongest signals of any wireless adapter I've used. I have always used it with the cradle. Router is in the basement and the adapter has been used upstairs. It out-performs the Linksys wmp54g and a couple of D-Link 520's which are being used upstairs also.

When you open the box you find a small manual for installation. A CD with the software on it. A weighted base and the Wireless USB Access point itself.

I've always had good luck with D-Link products until now. This is a piece of junk. It's always disconnecting, sometimes it comes back, but usually you have to unplug it and plug it back in.
