I got this as a gift a week ago. I used it once before it woke me up making a God awful noise and was so hot it melted part of my TV that it was sitting on. I called customer service and they said without a receipt there was nothing I could do. (I explained I got it for a gift and could not get a copy of the receipt.) I would NEVER buy anything from this company.
