Casio EXILIM EX-Z1000 Digital Camera

I bought this camera on ebay with 2 batteries and a 2gb mem card. Never had to recharge the battery or switch to the backup the whole time. I used the video mode several times and was amazed at the clarity of the video's this camera took! The pictures were as good if not better than the digital slr pics my father in law and brother in law took with there canon and minolta cameras. I have nothing but rave reviews for this unit and would buy another casio in the future. The size and price I bought it for were just the camera I was searching for.I went to alaska for a week and this camera performed like a champ. the battery life is the best I have ever experienced. No more aaa batteries to keep changing after a few flash pics at night. it has so many options on the menu page that taking a bad picture is almost impossible. The zoom feature is very good and the body for this camera is rock solid. The small credit card size is very convinient for pocket put aways and the belt case is very light and easy to attach you will find it hard to beat this model for ease and use. I also loved the anti shake feature which makes picture taking a breeze as well as the multi shot setting. this camera is so much like an SLR that it is hard to beat at the fraction of the cost. If you want to slave away at carrying all that SLR equiptment and build muscles, go right a head, this is the ultimate point and shoot digital camera on the market.
