Shabby, shabby, shabby......
Pros

Cons
Workmanship, doesn't remember my previous settings and tech support is a joke.

The Bottom Line:
As mentioned earlier, quality control will suffer from here on out. Every company is downsizing and the remaining workers will be overloaded with poorly assembled items and less time.
After going round and round with tech support I've given up and will stick with my trusty old kodak easy share. It's a 5 meg but is more precise and the pictures are just as clear. Let's face it....with all of the thousands of layoffs we can expect quality control to go down the tubes in every aspect of every field of technology. I sell a lot of collectables on ebay, (antique bottles, currency & coins) and need close ups of all. I constantly have to realign the photo when editing because the pics aren't level with the background. They were very incompetent over at canon customer support. I tried every suggestion, using rulers, grid lines and other methods but nothing pointed to anything other than an internal manufacturing flaw. They wanted me to mail the camera to them at my own expense and would probably take two weeks to return it. I just know deep inside they would've been so understaffed and their minimum wage technicians would've just returned it and said nothing was wrong with it. Even on sale this sd750 isn't worth it. I'm a certified electronic technician specializing in burg and fire systems and know quite a bit about the real world. Good luck researching if buying.
