Great value for the money. I've tried other brands and will never go back. Oh Brother, this is a nice printer!
When I bought this printer, I died and went to heaven. The set up was easy (as long as you follow the directions), the paper handling is beyond belief (never had a jam) and the print quality is excellent. It broadcast faxes too. Does everything but feed your cat. Love it!!! I had a canon which worked fine for 1 1/2 years, then completely crapped out and no repair was possible (planned obsolescence), I have an HPPhotosmart D5360 which has crumpled more papers than it has printed, compaq, etc over the years. NOTHING compares to this printer. The LCD display has adjustable tilt, and the instructions are easy to navigate from the screen. It has a low profile and can fit in a relatively small space. It's quiet and it has a power-save feature which instantly springs back to life when you click "print" on your computer. For copying, it has an autofeed feature, which is nice. I've printed envelopes too with no trouble. You do have to buy the cable connection. And the print cartridges last a pretty long time. I can't speak for customer service because I haven't had to call and it's been 3 blissful months.
