Boston Acoustics Recepter Clock Radio

Complex tangle of wires out of box. Poor HD reception with supplied antennas. But my Accurian HD receives all locals with same antennas in same location! After 5 days, Receptor lights up, but doesn't make a sound. Boston Acoustics unresponsive to emails. Toll call and long wait promises "return authorization" in the next few days. Then I get to ship it back for repair at my own expense when it is only 5 days old. I'm not impressed with anything but exorbitant cost. Sound is "boomy" and unclear unless you are directly in front of speakers. Controls are not intuitive...setting time, stations far more complex than necessary. No real operators manual was included...just set up stuff. The external power supply should be built in (notice it is not mentioned in published descriptions). It is another bulky thing to find a place for or trip over.
