I purchased this adpater from Staples the same day I purchased a new desktop system about a week ago. At the same time I purchased a Belkin wireless router. Every other system in our home network has no problems accessing the net.
The Belkin 802.11 n wireless adapter experiences continual problems with freezing. I contacted Belkin support; they suggest I download and install a new driver. I did so following their instructions to the letter. No change occured as the device still freezes.
Belkin support is now not answering my further requests for support for some reason only know to them.
Since the device is unreliable and Belkin will not provide support, I recommend against buying this unit.
