Failed after a year. Warranty service failed even worse
At first the Philips Avent Baby Monitor seemed like an excellent monitor. A DECT monitor from a reputable brand was what I was looking for, and for as long as it worked, it was pretty good.

Avent Baby monitor
The volume on this is horrible, which majorly defeats the purpose. If the volume was louder I would give it more starts. There are far cheaper ones out there that actually work. This will NOT alert you or let you hear your little one unless the room is completely still and silent. I returned mine... Read full review »
