Reliable Low-End Power Supply
Pros
Excellent reliability, excellent support, perfect for workstations or very small PC based servers.
Cons
Does not support a monitor very well due to it's low VA rating.

The 350 CS is an excellent back-up power supply for most PC based applications. This product is most suited for areas where short power outages and brief surges are common. Manageability is simple, but gives plenty of status information for monitoring purposes.
I have two of these, one supporting a PC based 1U server and another supporting miscellaneous devices such as a Linksys router and switch. We have 3-5 surges and outages per month and I have had no difficulty with power fail-over or loss of any equipment. I will be replacing these with a 1000VA UPS soon, of course an APC.
APC support is excellent in that, upon a UPS failure under warranty, they will replace the unit and pay for all shipping. They have different options, one of which will get a new unit to you in a few days, with no cost. I have had to do this on one occasion in my 7 years of experience with them. There are other power UPS manufacturers that are cheaper, with whom I've done business, but the quality and support are far from APC.
